City of Seattle Consultant Roster Program

SOQ Submittal Date:  Open continuous

Request for Qualifications for Asset Maintenance and Asset Investment Consultant Services for the City of Seattle Consultant Roster Program

The City of Seattle is inviting consultants to apply to the Asset Maintenance and Asset Investment services categories under the Consultant Roster Program, which allows City Departments to contract with approved consultants for projects estimated to cost $260,000 (current limit) or less without having to formally advertise the project.  City Departments can still advertise projects under $260,000 rather than using the Consultant Roster Program. The City strongly encourages small, women-and minority-owned firms to also apply.

You can view the complete list of categories and apply to the Consultant Roster Program on-line anytime at https://www2.ci.seattle.wa.us/ConsultantRoster/Default.asp .  You may also access this application at any library with Internet access.

Applicants are approved to be on the Roster based on their ability to demonstrate prior experience by the firm and its key personnel in performing the general scope of work of the relevant service category.  Inclusion in the Roster does not guarantee work for approved consultants.

If you have any questions, call the City Purchasing & Contracting Services Division (PCSD), Steven Larson, at 206-684-4529
