15-026: SDOT Permitting System Upgrade Project Manager-

Re-advertised

The City of Seattle, through its Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), requests proposals for Agreement 15-026: SDOT Permitting System Upgrade Project Manager.  This is a re-advertisement of an earlier solicitation.

The City’s objective is to contract for a Consultant Project Manager to manage the execution and close-out phases of SDOT’s Permitting System Upgrade.

Contract total value is expected to be $750K – $950K for approximately 32 months starting in August 2015.

NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

The RFP includes more details on the Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as selection process, schedule, etc.

Submittals must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention:  Dominic Kirangi, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington  98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., June 24, 2015.

Any questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted via eBid eXchange.  Response to questions will be provided via eBid Addendum.

The City of Seattle in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
