REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

CONSULTANT SERVICES

 

SDOT 15-070: On-Call IT Development Support Services

 

The City of Seattle, through its Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), requests statement of qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants for the above referenced solicitation.

Three On-Call contracts will be awarded for this solicitation, and each contract will be for $1.5 Million for period of three years.

NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

 

The Request for SOQ’s includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as selection process, schedule, contract boilerplate, etc.

 

SOQ’s must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention:  Dominic Kirangi, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington  98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., August 11, 2015.

Any questions regarding this Request for SOQ’s may be submitted via eBid eXchange.  Response to questions will be provided via eBid Addendum.

 

The City of Seattle in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
