REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICES 

15-101: Project Analysis and Coordination Tool (PACT) Replacement 

The City of Seattle, through its Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), is adverting for a Request for Proposals (RFP) from consultants and vendors to provide options to replace the Seattle Department of Transportation’s (SDOT) utility and construction project visualization and coordination tool, called PACT (Project Analysis and Coordination Tool). PACT serves as a repository for project location, schedule and right-of-way impact data.

Interested qualified consultants may download the RFP from eBid eXchange at: https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle.

NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

The RFP includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as selection process, schedule, contract boilerplate, etc.

Submittals must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Dominic Kirangi, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington 98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., October 20, 2015. 

Any questions regarding this RFP may be submitted via eBid eXchange. Response to questions will be provided via eBid Addendum. 

The City of Seattle in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
