REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICES 

Project: SDOT 15-110 Pike and Pine Streetscape Improvements 

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design and engineering firms for SDOT 15-110 Pike and Pine Streetscape Improvements.

This contract is estimated to be between $1.6M and $2.1M with the time of performance expected to be between April 2016 and July 2018.

The Pike and Pine Streetscape Improvements Project (PPSIP) will design and construct pedestrian improvements in Downtown Seattle on Pike and Pine Streets between First Avenue and Melrose Avenue. The contract will include three phases of design (including concept design, final design and support during construction) for streetscape improvements for Pike and Pine Streets between First Avenue and Melrose Avenue.

NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

The Request for SOQ’s packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as subconsulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

SOQ’s must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Pamela Garcia, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington  98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., March 23, 2016.
