The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development & Construction Management Division (CDCM) seeks consultant architect and engineer (A/E) services to design renovations of an existing industrial facility to serve as the new Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) Drainage and Wastewater (DWW) South Operations Complex. One consultant team will be selected for this project to provide planning and design services, and administrative support through bidding and construction. CDCM will manage the design and construction of the facilities on behalf of its client Seattle Public Utilities (SPU).
