REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICES

16-092: SDOT Federal Multi-Modal Engineering Contract 

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms for 16-092: SDOT Federal Multi-Modal Engineering Contract

SDOT is expanding its multi-modal transportation network through implementation of projects identified through our Transit Master Plan (TMP), Pedestrian Master Plan (PMP), Bicycle Master Plan (BMP), Neighborhood Street Fund Program (NSF), Safe Routes to School Program (SRTS), and Vision Zero Program.

The goal of this consultant solicitation to identify and retain a highly capable consulting team with exceptional skills, experience, availability and the flexibility to support Project Definition, PS&E delivery, and construction phase for the projects identified in the noted programs within potential tight schedule constraints or aggressive delivery timeframes.

NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

The Request for SOQ’s packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as subconsulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

SOQ’s must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Dominic Kirangi, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington 98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., December 5, 2016. 

Any questions regarding this Request for SOQ’s may be submitted via eBid eXchange.

Response to questions will be provided via eBid Addendum.
