REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

Project: SDOT 16-109 – Annual Study Data Collection
The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms for SDOT 16-109 – Annual Study Data Collection.
This contract is estimated to be up to $175,000 for 2017 and $175,000 for 2018 with the time of performance expected to be between 1Q 2017 and 1Q 2019.
Requesting consulting services to plan and complete citywide parking occupancy data collection, focused on paid parking areas. Results of this effort provide the technical basis for the Performance-Based Parking Pricing Program’s adjustment to paid parking rates, time limit, and hours of operation.
