REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

City of Seattle Firefighter Entry-Level Assessment Consultant

Seattle Department of Human Resources (SDHR) seeks a consultant (or consultants) to design and score the assessment process for the role of entry-level Firefighter for the Seattle Fire Department (SFD). The assessment design would be collaborative with the Seattle Department of Human Resources and customized to the City’s racial equity focus.

The minimum qualifications are found in the Request for Proposals, posted on the City’s Consultant Opportunities web page: http://consultants.seattle.gov/
