ELECTRONIC RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM NEEDS ASSESSMENT, RFP #LEG-2017-15

Background: The Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) Needs Assessment project is to address the City’s meeds for the implementation of a City-wide ERMS. This Request for Proposal seeks a consultant familiar with identifying the needs of many users of an enterprise wide system and evaluating current marketplace systems. Experience with researching compliance and regulatory standards of local governments will also be important. The consultant will conduct a needs assessment, a fit-gap analysis, identify business and technical requirements for a system, conduct a market analysis of solutions and draft an RFP for the next stage.
