Project Description:  The City of Seattle, Seattle City Light Department (the “Department”), is seeking the services of a reputable firm of certified public accountants, having substantial electric utility experience, to perform an audit of the Department’s annual financial statements for each of the five years ending December 31, 2011 through 2015, and to express an opinion on whether the statements are presented fairly and in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.

Engineer’s Estimate:  $200,000
