 Title: CLOSED-Linden Avenue North Complete Streets – Construction Management Services  RFQ-DOT-T11-21  Ebid number is T11-21

Project Description: The project, located on Linden Avenue N between N 128th and N 145th Streets, will improve pedestrian and bicycle safety, complete the missing Interurban Trail link, improve drainage and redevelop the corridor as a Complete Street. Funding is identified in the 2011-2016 CIP for the design and construction of the full corridor, N 128th St to N 145th St.
Project Goals/Objectives:
• Improve pedestrian safety/travel in the corridor
• Improve bicycle safety/travel in the corridor/connect Interurban Trail missing link
• Sustain a vibrant neighborhood by making Linden Avenue N a Complete Street through redevelopment of the roadway, consolidating access & parking, upgrading utilities, adding street trees & landscaping, lighting and amenities. (Note, street lighting will be installed by SCL.)

Construction Contract Information:
• Construction Contract Engineer’s estimate: $6.4-$7.0 million
• Estimated Construction Contract Number of Working Days: 261
