Project Description: The purpose of issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide Green Power Retail Marketing Services (RMS) for SCL’s Green Up Program. SCL is seeking program design optimization and customer marketing support; we are not seeking to purchase renewable energy credits (RECs) at this time.
