 Title: CLOSED-RFQ A/E Consultant Services for 6th Round Fire Levy Design Teams RFQ-FAS-2011-6Levy

Project Description: The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development & Construction Management Division (CDCM) seeks consultant architect and engineer (A/E) teams to provide professional services for six (6) seismic upgrade projects for fire stations located throughout Seattle. A consultant team will be selected for each project. This is the sixth and final round of A/E selections for neighborhood fire stations from the 2003 levy. Design teams will be selected for the following fire stations:

Fire Station 11 (Highland Park): Seismic upgrade, remodel and addition
Fire Station 18 (Ballard): Seismic upgrade and remodel
Fire Station 24 (Bitter Lake): Seismic upgrade, remodel and addition
Fire Station 25 (Capitol Hill): Seismic upgrade, remodel and addition
Fire Station 26 (South Park): Seismic upgrade and remodel
Fire Station 29 (Admiral District): Seismic upgrade and remodel
