Project Background:   The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified consultant to assist the City of Seattle to better understand the nature of its building stock and the associated resource use through the collection of building characteristics on approximately 30 to 50 City-owned buildings.

The City of Seattle is committed to reducing the resource impacts of buildings it owns. The results of these audits will aid in guiding the City’s resource conservation efforts.
