REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICES
SDOT No. 12-51: On-call Construction Management Services for Projects with Federal Funds
And
SDOT No. 12-52: On-call Construction Management Services for Projects with No Federal Funds
The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from qualified Consultants for two Construction Management Services Agreements.
- Agreement 12-51: On-call Construction Management Services for Projects with Federal funds.
- Agreement 12-52: On-call Construction Management Services for Projects with NO Federal funds.
Each contract is estimated to be $3,000,000, for three years.
Consultants interested in both solicitations must submit two separate SOQs, clearly labeled with solicitation number and title, and packaged separately.
Proposers must pay attention to the differences between the two RFQs particularly in Section 7.23, Section 7.24, and Section 9.
