REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

CONSULTANT SERVICES

Project: ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT ON-CALL SERVICES, FEDERAL

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for Environmental Assessment On-Call Services–FEDERAL.

Through this process the City intends to select a consultant to provide Environmental Assessment On-call Services–Federal. This contract will be used for Federal Funds. This contract is estimated to be $45,000 to $75,000 per year with the option to renew the contract each year for a period of three years.

Interested qualified consultants request the Request for Qualifications packet at the following address: https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle, or TTY 800-833-6388. NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

The Request for SOQ’s packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as subconsulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

SOQ’s must be received by the

Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Beth Lofton, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3900, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington 98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, January 3, 2013.
