Recovery Plan RFP Questions and Answers – All Sources: 05/07/13

RFP Due Date:  May 17, 2013, 4:00 PM   (CLOSED)

Scope of Work:  The Seattle Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is seeking a qualified consultant/team to develop an all-hazards disaster recovery plan for the City of Seattle and wider community. This is a Phase 2 project. Building on conceptual work in Phase 1, the consultant will complete a comprehensive, actionable plan addressing short and long term recovery issues by December 2014. The estimated budget is $180,000.
