CONSULTANT SERVICES 

PROJECT: 13-14 Seattle Industrial Areas Freight Access Project

The City of Seattle, through the Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Qualifications from qualified firms for the Seattle Industrial Areas Freight Access Project.

The contract is estimated to be $250,000 with duration of up to one (1) year.  This contract uses federal funds and federal terms and conditions will apply.

Interested qualified consultants who wish to review the Request for Qualification (RFQ) packet must go to the following URL:  https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle, or TTY 800-833-6388.  NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

The RFQ packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

To be considered, proposals must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Nina Rohlich, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3900, PO Box 34996, Seattle, WA 98124-4996 by 4:00pm, June 27, 2013.

Any questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted via eBid Exchange.  Response to questions will be provided via eBid addendums.
