REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICES

 PROJECT: 13-49 Fauntleroy Way SW Green Boulevard Design Services

The City of Seattle, through the Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for the Fauntleroy Way SW Green Boulevard Design Services Project.

The project will be completed in phases.  The contract is estimated to be $150,000-$200,000 for Phase 1 initial design services through September 2013, $600,000-$700,000 for Phase 2 final design services though August 2014, and $100,000 for Phase 3 design support through construction through November 2015.  Depending on funding, conditions with funding sources and performance, the Consultant selected may continue on for Phases 2 and 3 to provide services through final design and construction support.

The RFQ packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

To be considered, proposals must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Nina Rohlich, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3900, PO Box 34996, Seattle, WA 98124-4996 by 4:00pm, July 11, 2013.
