Architectural/Engineering Consulting Services for a new North Precinct Police Station
Submittals due by 2:00 p.m. PST, Wednesday, July 24, 2013
The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development & Construction Management Division (CDCM) seeks a consultant architect and engineer (A/E) team to provide professional services for a new 60,000+ square feet North Precinct Police Station with structured parking for approximately 300+ vehicles located in North Seattle. The new station on a new site (to be determined) will replace the existing North Precinct Police Station located at 10049 College Way N. Seattle, WA 98133. The City anticipates executing one contract as a result of this solicitation.
