Title:      Independent IT Project Quality Assurance (IIPQA) for Permitting, Regulation, Enforcement, and Property (PREP) Project Implementation

Proposal Due Date:  July 18, 2013

Scope of Work:  The Consultant will perform Independent IT Project Quality Assurance (IIPQA) services during the implementation of Permitting, Regulation, Enforcement, and Property (PREP) project for the City of Seattle Department of Planning and Development.  Activities will include attending key project meetings, reviewing project documents and deliverables, conducting periodic interviews with key participants and stakeholders, and producing and delivering monthly project progress assessments with findings and recommendations; Consultant will also develop and deliver a final lessons learned report at the end of the project.

Project Budget:  $356,000
