Project Title:  Hing Hay Park Development

RFP Due Date: 8/07/13, 4:00 pm

Scope of Work: Seattle Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is seeking professional services of a landscape architecture design team to administer the Hing Hay Park development project from design conception to final installation.

This project demolishes the International District Station Post Office building and redevelops the site into parkland that will be an extension of Hing Hay Park.  It does not include complete renovation of the existing park, but will include partial renovation as necessitated by the post office site design, public & Parks’ input and permitting requirements.  Scope will include assisting in the public involvement process, developing schematic designs, construction documents, permitting and construction administration.
