Proposal Due Date: August 16, 2013, 4:00 PM (Pacific)
Scope of Work: The Consultant shall develop, design, test and build an online web- based system in a .NET environment using C#, C++, JavaScript, web-based programming executed within 2010 environment. The online web-based system will interface with the City’s electronic payment system. The project is anticipated to take between six (6) to nine (9) months.
Interested firms must be approved to the City’s Consultant Roster category 13 – IT Computer Systems and Internet Analysis/Programming (Small Businesses Only) for consideration. You may apply to the Consultant Roster here, http://www.seattle.gov/contracting/consultantroster.htm . Firms that are not approved to the Roster by the RFP due date will not be considered.
