Scope of Work: The Seattle Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is seeking a qualified consultant/team to develop a comprehensive revision of the all-hazards disaster mitigation plan.  Planning work will involve stakeholder and public input and result in an adopted plan by October 2014.  The estimated budget is $130,000.
