Scope of work:  Conduct a comprehensive custom salary and benefits survey of executive, management and professional jobs in the City of Seattle, with recommendations for salary structures, and guidance for a salary budget and individual salary adjustments.  Survey will cover local, regional and national labor markets for public utilities as well as municipal organizations.  Deliverables include a detailed work plan, communications plan, participant list, survey instrument, methodology, final reports and presentations. 

Estimated contract range:  $125,000 – $175,000.
