On-Call EEO/Non-EEO Investigation Services
The City of Seattle, Seattle City Light Department (“SCL”), seeks to engage a consultant(s) to provide consulting services for On-Call EEO/Non-EEO Investigation Services.
SCL is seeking qualified firms to provide the following:On-call investigation services that include, review of relevant documentation, interviews with appropriate staff and management in SCL, drafting reports regarding findings of fact and conclusions of law, and debriefing appropriate parties to the investigation. The specific scope of work, project schedule, due dates for all deliverables and costs will be developed and negotiated for each Work Authorization number (WA#)/form issued.
The term of the contract(s) shall extend from the date of execution by the General Manager and CEO of Seattle City Light, or designee, through 2 years from the date of execution for the original contract, and may be extended an additional 1 year for a total of 3 years. City Light has identified a budget for this project, but estimates the contract to be $259,000.
SCL, may amend the original contract for scope, time, and funding, subject to the continuing appropriation authority by the Seattle City Council.

The contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFQ will be awarded in a manner that will comply with all applicable laws of the United States, State of Washington, the City Charter, and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
“WOMEN AND MINORITY AFFIRMATIVE EFFORTS REQUIREMENTS: All proposals are required to meet the Affirmative Efforts requirements as specified in the RFQ. An Outreach Plan will be required for the top rated consultant(s).”
