CONSULTANT SERVICES 

Project:  Burke Gilman Trail – Environmental Impact Statement                                               

 The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for the Burke Gilman Trail – Environmental Impact Statement.

 The contract is estimated to be approximately $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 with the time of performance expected to be between 12 to 18 months.

 The Request for SOQ’s packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as subconsulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.
