The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development & Construction Management Division (CDCM) seeks consultant architect and engineer (A/E) teams to provide professional services for a new 14,000 square foot administration facility and a new 2,750

square foot shops facility at the Cedar Falls Watershed Headquarters located in North Bend, WA. One consultant team will be selected for this project to provide master-planning, programming, pre-design, and basic design services. CDCM will manage the design and construction of the facilities on behalf of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU).
