Project Title: SDOT 14-072 Historic Districts ADA Access Design Services

Scope of Work:

• Preliminary Feasibility Assessment of up to 15 locations (i.e. intersections) in the Chinatown/International and Pioneer Square Historic District for ADA access/curb ramps.
• Assessment of areaway structural impacts as applicable (may also include geotechnical analysis).
• Evaluation, design, cost estimating, and Bid document delivery for up to 40 curb ramps or sidewalk cross slope corrections and their associated areaway restoration/mitigation.
• Documentation of achieving ADA accessibility to the Maximum Extent Feasible (MEF)
