Project Title: SDOT 14-072 Historic Districts ADA Access Design Services
Scope of Work:
- Preliminary Feasibility Assessment of up to 15 locations (i.e. intersections) in the Chinatown/International and Pioneer Square Historic District for ADA access/curb ramps.
- Assessment of areaway structural impacts as applicable (may also include geotechnical analysis).
- Evaluation, design, cost estimating, and Bid document delivery for up to 40 curb ramps or sidewalk cross slope corrections and their associated areaway restoration/mitigation.
- Documentation of achieving ADA accessibility to the Maximum Extent Feasible (MEF)
The selection of the Consultant is subject to applicable laws and ordinances regarding equal employment opportunity.
