The City of Seattle, acting by and through its Seattle Police Department, is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive study to evaluate the size of the police patrol force, the appropriate balance and division of responsibility between patrol and non-patrol functions, and the necessary staffing levels for special events.
