REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICES
Project: SDOT 15-001 Trails Upgrade Plan
The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms for SDOT 15-001 Trails Upgrade Plan.
This contract is estimated to be up to approximately $250,000 with the time of performance expected to be between May 2015 and approximately November 2015.
The anticipated work includes a Trails Upgrade Plan for the City’s multi-use trails and civil design work for selected locations. The Bicycle Master Plan, adopted in April of 2014, recommends the development of a multi-use trails upgrade and maintenance plan. This work shall include assessment of existing multi-use trail conditions and develop recommendations to improve the multi-use trail environment, conduct multi-use trail capacity studies to evaluate trail expansion needs, crossing improvements, public outreach and 30% design for five (5) locations.
