Architectural Services for SPU Facilities Master Planning

Submittals due by 2:00 p.m. PST, Wednesday, July 1, 2015

On behalf of its client Seattle Public Utilities, the City of Seattle’s Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development & Construction Management (CDCM) division seeks professional consultant services to evaluate Seattle Public Utilities’ (SPU) operational facilities and prepare a long-term Facilities Master Planning and Asset Management Investment strategy. These plans will include an initial ten-year Capital Implementation Program to address SPU goals and facility conditions of greatest need. One prime Consultant will be selected for this project.
