The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development & Construction Management (CDCM) division seeks consultant architectural firms to provide professional services on an on-call, as-needed basis for a variety of potential projects at City Hall, the Seattle Justice Center, the Seattle Municipal Tower, police precincts, fire stations, shops, and yards, and other City facilities over the course of the next five years 2016 through 2020. The City anticipates executing multiple contracts.
