Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for
Ship Canal Water Quality Project Administration (15- 133-S)
The City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for technical/project management services of a highly qualified and experienced consultant, to assist SPU, to serve as a “Project Administration Consultant”, including design and construction management administration services, on the Ship Canal Water Quality Project (SCWQP).

The deadline for submitting proposals is 12:00 PM/Noon on Thursday, June 25th, 2015. Submittal Locations: for Fed Ex & Hand Delivery – Physical Address: Vicky Schiantarelli, Contract Administrator, Suite 5000 (50th Floor) Seattle Municipal Tower Building, 700 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104, and to send to the US Post Office – Mailing Address: Vicky Schiantarelli, Contract Administrator, Seattle Public Utilities P.O. Box 34018 Seattle, WA 98124-4018.
A pre-proposal meeting for prospective bidders will be held on Friday, June 12, 2015 in SPU Conference Room 4901, Seattle Municipal Tower Bldg, 700 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Seattle Public Utilities will review the scope of work, consultant expectations, and answer questions from the prospective bidders. Time will be allocated for prospective bidders to network with each other and discuss teaming arrangements. Although attendance to this meeting is not mandatory, attendance is highly encouraged.
