The Seattle Public Library (Library) is soliciting proposals from qualified agencies capable of assessing library patrons’ needs and referring them to community resources that can address barriers to meeting their needs and goals, thereby augmenting the Library’s ability to support access to full educational, economic, social, and civic participation in society for all our patrons.  Through a multiyear contract with the Library, the selected agency shall staff the downtown Central Library providing information and referral services library patrons.

Proposals will be accepted up to 3:00 pm PDT on July 20, 2015 with late submittals being rejected.

The Seattle Public Library reserves the right to waive anomalies in any proposals or in the request for proposals process or to reject any or all proposals as it deems necessary.

 The Seattle Public Library Business Office reserves the right to modify this.
