CONSULTANT SERVICES
Project: SDOT 15-076 Mobility Services Planning
The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Proposals from qualified firms for SDOT 15-076 Mobility Services Planning.
This contract is for two phases and estimated approximately $145,000 with the time of performance expected to be between September 2015 and September 2016.
The City of Seattle is seeking consultant services to assist with shared mobility services policy development. The scope of work will be divided into two phases. The first phase will focus on working with stakeholders to identify near term actions for existing services, and the second phase will focus on longer-term planning and policy development for emerging industries. Responses should include consideration for the full range of transportation services in the shared use economy including existing and emerging industries and should demonstrate an understanding of the relationship between the regulatory environment, policy priorities, and transportation demand management strategies.
