REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICES
Project: SDOT 15-119 Center City Mobility Plan
The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for SDOT 15-119 Center City Mobility Plan.
This contract is estimated to be up to $1,500,000 with the time of performance expected to be between January 2016 and January 2018 with an early deliverable due in June 2016.
The purpose of the Center City Mobility Plan (CCMP) is to meet the changing needs of a growing downtown and region by connecting people, places, and products with a reliable transportation system and an inviting public realm. The study area includes 4 of Seattle’s regionally-designated urban centers (Downtown, South Lake Union, First Hill/Capitol Hill, and Uptown), comprising 10 dense and fast-growing neighborhoods. This effort will establish a long-term transportation vision for 2035 and create an implementation plan for this and interim plan horizons. Together, the plan’s vision and implementation plans will guide subsequent policy actions and investments by the City and its agency partners and stakeholders.

The Request for SOQ’s packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as subconsulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.
