NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for
Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan
SPU RFQ/Contract# 15-168-S
The City of Seattle, Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting qualifications and references from qualified consultants to develop a Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (Plan). This Plan will complement several of the City’s current plans and programs for disaster response, mitigation and preparedness.
No Federal Funding is used for this contract. The estimated cost is not to exceed $100,000.

The deadline for submitting qualifications is Noon, Friday, December 4, 2015, at the 501h Floor, Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 Fifth Avenue, P.O. Box 34018, Seattle, WA 98104-4018.
A SPU Pre-Submittal Conference for prospective consultants will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 in Conference Room SMT 1610 (16th Floor) of the Seattle Municipal Tower Building, 700 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104, from I 0:00 AM to 11 :30 AM. Seattle Public Utilities will review the scope of work, consultant expectations, and ans,,vcr questions from the prospective consultants. Time will be allocated for prospective consultants to network with each other and discuss teaming arrangements. Although attendance at this meeting is not mandatory, attendance is highly encouraged.
