Advanced Metering Infrastructure(AMI) Program Change Management

SCL is seeking qualified firms to provide the following:
Expertise in all facets of Change Management for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) deployments at similar-size utilities (preferably publicly owned, unionized organizations; however, not required) and partner with the City Light AMI Change Management team to plan, develop, and execute specified Change Management deliverables and activities throughout the program life-cycle.
By adopting the selected Consultants Change Management approach and methodology, the City Light Change Management team and selected Change Management Consultant will effectively transition the organization from current state to future state by executing targeted, customized deliverables and activities throughout all phases to result in successful organizational and customer adoption.
The term of the contract shall extend from the date of execution by the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Seattle City Light, or designee, through December 31, 2018. City Light has identified a budget of $900,000.00 for this project.
SCL, may at its option amend the original contract for scope, time, and funding, subject to the continuing appropriation authority by the Seattle City Council.

The contract that is awarded as a result of this RFQ will be awarded in a manner that will comply with all applicable laws of the United States, State of Washington, the City Charter, and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
“WOMEN AND MINORITY AFFIRMATIVE EFFORTS REQUIREMENTS: All proposals are required to meet the Affirmative Efforts requirements as specified in the RFQ/RFP. An Outreach Plan will be required for the top rated consultant(s).”
