City of Seattle Request for Consultant Services

Project Title:  City Wide Pool Renovation

RFQ Due Date: 3/10/2016, 12:00pm

Scope of Work: Seattle Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide professional services to design necessary renovations and upgrades to existing pool facilities in the City of Seattle.  There is funding identified ($1 million in 2016 and $7 million in 2017/2018) as identified in the Municipal Park District.  The location of the pools and projects will be at the following locations: 

Ballard Pool – 1471 NW 67th St

Helene Madison Pool – 13401 Meridian Ave N

Lowery C. Mounger Pool – 2535 32nd Ave W

Meadowbrook Pool – 10515 35th Ave NE

Medgar Evers Pool – 500 23rd Ave

Queen Anne Pool – 1920 1st Ave W

Southwest Pool – 2801 SW Thistle St
