Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS) seeks a certified real estate appraiser to complete a special benefit study for the proposed Local Improvement District (LID) for the Waterfront Seattle Program. A special benefit study is required for the LID formation process. Scope of work will include analyzing the impact of the proposed project on property values, determining geographic boundaries of the LID, and documenting the amount of assessment to be levied on each specially benefitted property.
