REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

Consultant services for

Seattle Center Key Arena Lighting Control System

Submit No later than Friday, November 4, 2016, 4:00 p.m.

Seattle Center, a Department of the City of Seattle, is requesting submittals of qualifications from Consultants to: perform an evaluation of the current lighting control system operational procedures and requirements; provide a constructability analysis for the integration of a new system into the existing KeyArena system; assist with the preparation of technical requirements and a cost estimate for the KeyArena Lighting Control System Replacement design-build contract.

The total value of the consultant contract is expected to be approximately $25,000 – 50,000.

To be considered Submittal of Qualifications must be received by Friday, November 4, 2016, 4:00 p.m.

There will be an optional pre-submittal Conference Thursday, October 20, 2016, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. in the Seattle Center Armory Room 109 Conference Room.

NOTE:  The successful Consultant for this Contract is precluded from being part of the KeyArena Lighting Control System Design-Build Contractor Team.
