The City of Seattle Office of Housing is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide environmental consulting services for preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to evaluate potential impacts and identify mitigation strategies associated with redevelopment of the Fort Lawton Army Reserve Center, and conduct related activities. The intent is to fulfill requirements for SEPA review by evaluating a set of alternatives that promote the City’s objectives for housing affordability and public park uses. Selection for this RFP is subject to all applicable laws and ordinances. The participation of women- and minority-owned firms is a cultural value of the City of Seattle and is strongly encouraged.
