NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS
Requests for Qualifications For
Intelligence Analysts
Proposals Due: April 21, 2017
On March 24, 2017, the Seattle Police Department has issued a Request for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to hire a qualified consultant to provide Intelligence Analysts. Analyst will conduct research and analyze intelligence data and prepare analyses and assessments used for homeland security and public safety information sharing. One of the analysts will work out of the Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) North office hosted by the Everett Police Department and the Washington State Fusion Center. Other analysts would work in the Seattle region and the Washington State Fusion Center. Individual consultants, sole proprietorships and Women and minority owned businesses are encouraged to apply. All consultants are subject to local, state, and federal laws and WMBE requirements. AA/EOE
Submittal of the written RFQs will be received by Acting Lt. Erik Allen at Seattle Police Department, 610 Fifth Avenue, P. O. Box 34986, Seattle, Washington 98124-4986 by 12:00 p.m. PST on April 21, 2017.
