The City of Seattle departments of Seattle Information Technology and Seattle Police Department are in the process of implementing a new Records Management System (RMS) that provides the capability of writing police reports, managing cases, control for evidence/property, and data analytics. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a consultant to provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) throughout the project lifecycle.
