The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for SDOT contracts:
17-069 Center City Streetcar and Advance Utility Package 1 and 2, Construction Management Services Office Engineering/ Document Control.
Assemble a skilled consultant Document Control team that will be led by the owner’s internal Office Engineer. The document control specialists hired through this solicitation will be fully integrated into the broader CM team and will play a key role in managing all the construction documentation from preconstruction through and including closeout of the construction contracts.
Our objective is to hire a proven team of document control specialists/office engineers who have a proven record of excellence managing construction documentation as well as meeting stringent auditing requirements by funding agents.
