REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICE
Project:  SDOT 17-099 Accessible Mount Baker Design

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms for SDOT 17-099 Accessible Mount Baker Design.  The consultant shall provide consulting services to design the Accessible Mount Baker Project.  The design will be based on a concept design currently under development.

This contract is estimated to be up to $7.5M with the time of performance expected to be between June 1, 2018 and December 31, 2023.

NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

The Request for SOQ’s packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as sub-consulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

SOQ’s must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention:  Pamela Garcia, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington 98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., March 5, 2018.

 Any questions regarding this Request for SOQ’s may be submitted via eBid eXchange.  Response to questions will be provided via eBid Addendum.

 The City of Seattle in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
