Re-Advertisement as Locally Funded Project 

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for the above referenced solicitation. This Consultant contract was previously advertised as FTA funded project, but it has no FTA funds. The re-advertisement RFQ contains attachments and requirements for locally funded projects.

Scope of Work 

  • Pre-Construction Services
  • Construction Management Services
  • Post-Construction Services

All the above services are considered core to this contract. A core function is an element of work that SDOT is certain will be performed and completed throughout all phases of a contract. Core functions are used in developing WMBE Inclusion Plans

Detailed scope of work is provided in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as sub-consulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

SOQ’s must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Dominic Kirangi, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington 98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., February 18, 2019. 

Any questions regarding this Request for SOQ’s may be submitted via eBid eXchange. Response to questions will be provided via eBid Addendum.
