Project Title: South Park Community Center Site Redevelopment

Scope of Work: Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) is seeking the services of a creative, multi-disciplinary design team led by a Landscape Architect registered in the State of Washington to conduct a process to finalize the sitewide redevelopment of the South Park Community Center’s campus from the design development phase to project closeout. The South Park community demonstrates great diversity in the languages spoken, ethnicities present and the economics of its constituents. The consultant should possess the ability to approach this project with a race and social justice and health impact mitigation lens while being culturally responsive to the needs of the community.

The design team will report directly to the SPR project manager. Background documents, including the schematic design are available on the project website: https://www.seattle.gov/parks/about-us/current-projects/south-park-community-center-site-redevelopment That current design will be the basis for the design services solicited in this RFQ.
